NWR: Does anyone have the LG Venus or EnV...reviews?

I'm looking for a new phone, I like the venus because it comes in pink but it reminds me of the chocolate phone and I remember hearing not such great things about it. I like the EnV because it'll be easier to text message with it's cool little flip option. Can anyone give me some feedback on either phone? TIA

I have the Venus and I'm on my second one in a month. It's ok, but I wouldn't recommend it and I wish I had gotten the EnV.

The touch screen on the Venus is very sensitive to pressure - mine cracked, which isn't covered to get a knew one, so we really had to argue for it. On the first one I had all the silver paint peeled off around the outside within 2 weeks and it looked horrible. This new seems to be a little better and I can tell they redid something. We called verizon directly and they told me they were out of stock because they had so many sent back. So yeah, I'd go with the EnV if I were you.

I have the EnV 2 and I love it. It really works good. The full key pad option is great and it has a good speaker phone. It stands up to being dropped a few times... LOL I tend to drop my phones. I used to have the Chocolate and didn't like it that is why I didn't get the Venus, because it is very similar.

I would recommend it. It is a good phone.

I have the pink venus and am not thrilled with it. I agree the touch screen is tooo sensitive and I hate that the camera has no zoom. My niece has one and dropped it once and cracked the screen. My old LG phone fell a zillion times and never broke. Good luck!
