I am thinking of getting colored contacts. I have wanted them for some time but just never bought them. I do wear contacts but wanted to try colored ones. I have brown eyes so which brand do you think would look the most real? Which is the best? I'm going tomm to the doctor for an eye exam but just wanted to see if anyone with brown eyes had colored contacts. Thanks

I wear contacts :) When I was graduating H.S. and entering college I thought it woudl be the perfect time to switch my eye color. I have auburn hair and brown eyes so I thought I would look good with green eyes. Anyway I tried them on and my mom and sister thought it looked awful (long story short I didn't get them) my advise take someone else with you for their advice. Your eye dr. can help you w/ the brand that is best for you.

i am trying to get contacts, i failed my first exam my doctor wont let me get them until i pass an exam and i get three chances, one down, I've been practicing but i just cant get them to stay in - is there any tricks/advice?

I've been wearing contact for 13 years! But they're not colored. Sorrry. I'm blind as a bat without them. I really don't have much choice but to wear them.

I'm not a HUGE fan of colored contacts. But, everybody's different. I've seen some people wear them and loook great and I've seen other people that look a bit alienlike in them.

im a contact wearer... i never had colored contacts until one day when I was out, and ordered more, and to get me through the only pair the place had was a pair of colored contacts... so i took them... the contacts were blue, my eyes are blue... they just made my eyes look a bit brighter, strangers couldnt tell, FI freaked and said i looked awful... imo, i can usually tell when people are wearing colored contacts, and it does look a bit funny... but maybe i only notice the ones that just dont look right, and not the ones that do look right... does that make sense?

I don't know I'm not too crazy about colored contacts. I've seen some ppl look pretty scary with them. I don't know if it has anything to do with the color contrast or quality?

i wear contacts but not colored ones...my FMIL wears the colored ones & I don't like the way they look...It makes her eyes look strange....Sorry I can't be of any help

I wear contacts
only when i have to go out
cause they bother my eyes(sometimes)

i wear glasses allllllllll the time

I have brown eyes and wear colored contacts...I wear Fresh Looks 3 in 1 in Pure Hazel. I've tried a few different colors as well as brands and to me these are the most natural looking ones. No one can tell that they are contact lenses...I would go and try on a sample to see before you order them...fm if you need more info
