I would swear on it! I love it. It's hard to tell too much of a difference with my hair cause i can never remember to take it long enough, but i notice it in my nails almost right away! they start growing so fast I can't keep up. I would assume my hair is doing the same.

Do you take just straight-up bioton pills? I have GNC's Hair/Skin/Nails formula and I know it has biotin in it...but I don't really see a difference. Probably because I never remember to take it regularly. Thinking maybe I need to switch?

I asked my brother out this (he's like a mad bio-chemist who works for Pfzier LOL).

He says that if you are already taking a daily multi vitamin like Centrum, you are getting a dose of biotin. He said it doesn't hurt to take more but you should not overdo it.

Centrum has 10 mg (10% DV), so if you wanted to take a little more, than he suggests about another 50-100mg per day. The rest you will get from food.

It does help strength your hair and nails and promotes it's growth.
