NWR: Doesn't it feel later than 3:34?

Im sitting at my computer thinking it has to be like 4 pm or mins to 5 b/c it is so gloomy and somewhat dark. To my surprise looking at my clock, it is no where near 5!
These rainy days can get so depressing-
