I totally got ripped off today. I sell jewelry on the side...and for some reason the company never changed my shipping address. So when i realized my order was delivered to the wrong address...I drove over to the place it was delivered. Nobody was home and the package wasnt there.
FH drove over after work...and the trashy woman who lived there got all defensive...said she didnt know what he was talking about. BUT...she was wearing one of the bracelets that was in my order!
When he got home...I got in the car and drove right over. Not sure what I thought all 5'1' of me was going to do. I knocked for about 5 minutes and she finally answered...without the bracelet on thsi time...when i confronted her and commented on the bracelet...she threatened to kick the sh*it out of me.
So I called the cops. She must have been on to me...and immediately packed up all 18 kids she had living in the house and drove off!
She stole $400 worth of jewelry!

I would definitely file a report....if you have a tracking number and it says that it was delievered there, they can most likely do something. Or at the very least maybe you can talk to the company you ordered it from and show them the police report so your not out $400.

amazingly, they cant do anything. the cops said we cant prove she took it...even though she was wearing the bracelet. so, i asked what could be done re: her threatening me. Nothing...I was on her property.

Re: NWR: Drama
It's the Jewelry store's responsibility because they have to send out items insured. And all insured items have to be signed for. The Jewelry store needs to return your money or merch, and then the jewelry store has to file a claim with the service that delivered the items.
