NWR: Dress Help ASAP! Need to know for Friday!
I have to go to a function with my parents on Friday night. It is the annual Hispanic Society Dnace hosted through the Sanitation department which my dad works for. Every year they go and they get all fancy and this year I was invited now that Im a 'grown-up' lol. Anyway I am stuck because don't want to spend money on a new dress but I'm not really sure what would 'fit' My parents used to go really decked out-women get FANCY LOL two words; Latinas and SPANGLES and my latina girls know EXACTLY what i mean.
Anyway i have three choices:
A) Black velvet thats floor length and slim cut with a high neck and no sleeves but these sheer panels on theside by the ib cage where the fabric was cut away-sounds sleazy but its actually a very elegant dress.
B) Floor length brick red dress in chiffon-actualyl was my second prom dress! LOL but it fits! It has sorta 'twisted' sleeves? like the fabric was twisted and the neckline dips.
C)Little past the knee black sheer dress over a nude overlay-spaghetti straps. wore it to a wedding last year and got complimented on it.
HELP ladies!
