for my face i use cetaphil it doesnt leave it oily and wont clog pours and a tub lasts you like a year lol and for my hands i use my daughters aveeno excema lotion in lavendar and vanilla, it smells great and my cuticle and knuckles are nice and nonashy![]()

i use body oil after the shower, before i even get out... Its my first year doing it that i didnt get ecsema for ONCE. Dont use cheap crap either i use this www.one-skincare.com
You can use a heavy body cream instead too ( I only use arbonne body cream) and u will notice the difference instantly
