I took chicken out but dont know what to do with it- we had cutlets last night am MIL's- please post some easy easy chicken recipes pleaseeeeee

grilled chicken with bruchetta on top (chopped tomatos and onions- with oil balsamic dressing) with a rice pilaf on the side, and some sauteed spinach....

Throw chicken in oven w/ salsa on top - bake until just about done - put shredded cheese on and bake until melted and chicken done.

Take the chicken, put salt and pepper on it, put chopped spinach on top and grated parm cheese, you can also put a piece of proscuitto if you like that) .. roll up the chicken and put a toothpick in it to keep it rolled...
Put a little oil in a frying pan, add some garlic .. place the rolled chicken in there .. brown on all sides ... when the chicken is almost done, add chicken stock to the pan, white wine and lemon juice and just simmer until its reduced ..
ITS SO GOOD!!!

CHICKEN TERRIAKI
MIX 1/4 CUP HONEY AND 1/4 CUP TERRIAKI
PUT GARLIC POWDER AND OIL IN A BAG WITH CHICKEN SHAKE UP AND GRILL
AS THE CHICKEN COMES OFF THE GRILL COAT WITH THE SAUCE AND I SERVE OVER WHITE RICE - DELISH!!!!!
