Ok girls, I need someone to help me with excel (the new version which I HATE). How can you divide 1 cell by another cell? Like I have the contract amount in 1 cell and the total amount of the spreadsheet in another cell. How do I divide the 2? I need to get this done before the CEO gets here and I'm drawing a blank!!!!!

in a different box do a formula, (at least this is the old version, dunno on the new one, haven't tried it)

GREAT! Thanks girls! It worked but it came up 158%...that doesn't make sense? I need it in percentage but it would need to be between 1-100 HAHA!

you need to divide the lower number by the higher number to see what percentage it is of the total
