since i can finally jump around in my new apartment lol

can anyone suggest a good workout video?

yoga booty ballet, pilates, i also love kickboxing and regular boxing workouts-kickboxing is known to give you the best stomach

ANYTHING by tamylynn webb her workouts are hard but well worth it

do you know theres a channel called 'exercise on demand' that has tons of workouts an a large variety of workouts and its free lol

I love anything kickboxing related....

Carmen Electra's Strip-workouts were pathetic...but they did make me want to tap myself...

its the best thing and so many to choose from, its divided into categories and each category has lots of workouts...theres dance, pilates, yoga, summer abs, and a bunch more

i use to do Pilates i have it @ home- i should just do it..and i did see results. i wish i had an easy way out lol
