So....can anyone recommed a good AND effective exercise video that wont bore me?
The problem is, FH is always home when I am home, except for Saturdays....I would make him stay in the bedroom while I did my exercise tapes because I am afraid he would just look at me and laugh....LOL.......does anyone else have this problem?

I don't really know of any. I used to do the videos on the cable thing the free on demand. Then I used to do my moms walking tapes. I used to want to really try Carmen Electras stip aerobics tapes but was always too cheap to buy them.

I really love Billy Blanks bootcamp. It seriously tones your entier body! My FH and I do this together and really enjoy it.

I am using Billy Blank's bootcamp and haven't been bored of it. It's very challenging if you never exercised before. It's really good though

The FIRM is awesome! You can do a search for it on ebay and get like three dvd's plus the aerobic stepper for around $30!
I know what you mean too about working out in front of people. I won't do it. Thankfully I have a basement though so that's my workout space when no one else is down there.

I have it... personally i was bored with it. I don't use it anymore. But i'm more of a step aerobics kinda girl. At home i use the CIA series. For cardio i think step aerobics is the most interesting and challenging form of work out i've done so far aside from figure skating when i was a kid.

They show how long the videos are, the level of fitness, if they're high or low impact, if there's choreography involved and how complicated they are. its a good site.

The slim in 6 series is a great workout. I do netflix and always order workout videos I get bored easily and this way I can switch it up. I just got Carmen Electra's fit to stip and its a good toning workout. I want to try her strip tease workout where the workout is all striper moves ? Anyone do that?
