nwr - exhausted

Ok so some of you remember me posting about starting a pt job. Well my gut was telling me right! The first night was DISASTEROUS!!! They were understaffed all around, w/the kitchen only having the chef to plate everything and it got hit hard. The ENTIRE staff was new and it was just trouble all the way around. Somehow I made it through it though and went back on Sunday, which was better but not by much.
Anyway between the two of them over the weekend I got 4 hours of sleep and I feel like I could pluck my eyes out w/a toothpick right now. My whole body aches!
But I wanted to let everyone know I am still around and kicking and trying to stay focused on why I am working myself to death! I ran into a close friend who reminded me that I have a workaholic problem!
I am hoping to get some sleep tonight though I tell ya!
Home has been stressed with the wedding finances so working this job is so important to us that I have to keep on trucking!

What I wish was that I had a bath to soak myself in, but we only have a stand up shower - so bed it shall be soon.

I miss you guys as I have only been able to sparaticaly post in the morning!

aw thanks chrissy! I have missed you too! I am going to try to be here when I can but I tell ya that pile of laundry is getting to me!

If I could I would have someone come here and clean the darn place!

I actually decided to nix the Sunday nights at the restaurant. Working 6am-2pm and then 3-midnight after working a double on Saturday was too much for the body to handle. I told them I would do it for this week (mothers day $$$$$) but after that I will only do Wed night and Sat night.

Aww ...just keep thinking about that beautiful day next year when you can truly appreciate all of your long hours. We're all feeling your pain!!! Now go catch some
