NWR Extreme Couponing

NWR Extreme Couponing

Anyone else watch this show? I think it is so cool except that they end up having to buy stuff that they don't really need lol. If I did this I would have a room devoted to it and I would tell all my family friends and neighbors to come and shop in my stock for $20 take what you need and you could make money and I would definitely donate a lot. I wish I had time to try it but its obviously very time consuming. But I would love to be able to do this on a smaller scale, like I want to stock up on drinks for my crew for the summer and I want to find coca-cola products coupons and other specific brand coupons. Anyone know a good website for printable coupons? Anyone do extreme couponing??

I think coupons.com have printable coupons as well as redplum and smartsource. You can go to couponmom.com and there they will tell you what coupons match sales at certain stores. It's really hard to do. I tried to do it but there are alot of rules which on the show the stores are breaking just because its tv.

Obviously you would need to collect coupons every week and hopefully find something you need. Of course you have to buy real food as well which there are no coupons for which the show doesn't really talk about.

Then there is the double manufacture coupons at some store, but they won't let you double a coupon that is a dollar or more. Also they have a limit to how many coupons you can double. I don't understand how these people do it especially since coupons have restrictions on them.

I also do not understand. I think it is just for tv....you can not use more then more then one coupon on an item and coupons have so many restrictions especially when you read that fine print

I watch it too...I feel like you can't do that in NY, they are so strict with any kind of coupon, most of the people are from the south on the show I think right? Does it drive anyone else crazy that they pronounce them 'Q-pons' the are 'coo-pons' !!!! There's no Q in coupons lol

Yeah, I like it too but like the other girls said NY has too many restrictions on coupons that we would never be able to pull this off. The best deals I think would be to really search the circulars they send out on Thursday and then try to match the products up with coupons that come in the Sunday papers or to make a list of what you are buying and google to try to find a printable coupon online.

ahhhh I hate when people pronounce it that way!!!!

the best bet here is to just match up store sales with coupons to get the most bang for your buck i think.

With the wedding and us trying to save for a place of our own, I always try to use coupons when I can to save money, but I am deff no where as extreme as they are. I've gotten awesome deals using a blogs like 'moneysavingmom.com' and 'hip2save.com' (free tide, colgate....I once came home with a trunkful of groceries for $30). It's just so much work matching up coupons with sales, which is why I love those blogs bc they do the work for me! But yea it is deff easier to use coupons down south or the midwest than it is here...but it can be done!
