OK ladies I need your honest opinions - Since Uggs boots came out, I have wanted them, but never got around to buying them. Now I realize the trend has been around for a few winters and I am finally about to buy them, but do you think they're going to go out of style any time soon? I'm afraid I'm jumping on the trend so late that they're gonna go out of style like as soon as I finally get them... What do you think? Still cute, or are you over them?? (I still love em )

I absolutely LOVE my Uggs!! I could care less if they're in style anymore- they are by far the MOST comfortable shoes you will ever wear!!!! I have 5 pairs and I wear them all the time!! And I know I'm not the only one still wearing them b/c they're often sold out of the popular sizes still after all these years!!
If you want them, get them!! You won't regret it!!

i hated them but FH bought them for me last winter and i fell in love
seriously so comfortable and i dont see them going out of style any time soon bc they are THAT heavenly to wear

To be completely honest as a trend, they have been over for awhile. That being said, they are functional boots to a certain degree. They are warm and comfy, good for running errands I imagine and walking the dog. Just not good for the snow.
If you like them get them but if you are concerned about being on trend and such, Ithe Uggs trend is over.

If you want them to be trendy, then i think they are 'out.' However, they are sooooooooooo warm and comfortable that I don't think they are going to disappear for a while. I love mine!
I think they are a bit ridiculous if you are in LA, but in NY during the fall or winter I think they are totally fine.

I was anti-Ugg for a while b/c they have no style (not slimming or flattering) JMO. But....I have to say they did come out with some more 'fitted' versions and they are AMAZINGLY comfortable I have to admit they are a guilty pleasure *oh and FH hates them - most guys I know do not think they are very attractive looking on girls...

I must say that I absolutley LOVE my UGGS and I don't care if they ever go out of style b/c they are the most comfortable things ever. When they first came out I bought a knock off pair from Victoria's Secret for less than half the price. Well, after that I fell in love. I wore those things TO DEATH. I decided after that that I could justify the splurge for real ones b/c I DEF get my moneys worth!!!! If your worried about them being too trendy, just buy the original ones since those come back out every year!!!

Same here..I think they look very young...not that that is a bad thing...but I just think my middle school kids look more appropriate wearing them then I do.

OMG - 5 pairs!!! Yes they are SO comfy it is ridiculous. I am def leaning towards getting them. I can always save the receipt and bring them back if I change my mind thanks for the honst input ladies!

I orig bought a knockoff pair from ebay during the original ugg craze -- when they were backordered for months. i didnt know they run really big, so the ones i got were huge on me and the quality was kind of crappy. the fleece inner fell apart and it gave me blisters. i tried on a friend's real uggs and was blown away.
once you try them on you will be sold. they are so warm and comfy, and they mold to your feet. if you're worried about them not looking out of style, get a 'normal' color (black, sand, chestnut) and wear them UNDER your pants, not over them or with a mini skirt. They can be cute over leggings if you like that look, but they are more in your face that way.
try them! i promise you will loooooooove them hahaha

This is so weird cause today I was looking through the Vicky's Secret catalog with FH (he likes the girls ) And we came across Ugg Boots and he mentioned how theyre so out of style. Ive never been one to care about fashion, IM more about comfort and they look like they would be great for those freezing cold days. So I say, if you like them, get em.

I love them, but I'm more of a comfort girl. I also wear Crocs and Birkenstocks, so you might not want my 2 cents.

They may appear to look like moon boots but if you can look past that they are by far the most comfortable boots and will keep your tootsies the warmest come winter! They are great, I say go for it!!!! Lord and Taylor has great deals on them too.
