NWR: Favorite weight watchers recipes...

what are your favorite things to eat while on weight watchers??

If you go over to LIF, on the diet & fitness board, there are a TON of ideas and recpes!!!

I personally love all of their cook books... so many good YUMMY recipes!!

I made the tuna and artichoke open face melts the other night - it was super yummy. I'll find the recipe and post later... it was from the ww website.

my favorite 'recipe' is for weight watchers 'ice cream sandwiches'
Take lite or fat free cool whip and put it between chocolate flavored graham crackers...put in the freezer for awhile and voila
Got that recipe from a friend who was doing weight watchers a few yrs ago and I have been hooked ever since hehe

I LOVE it!! that and the fat free chocolate pudding pie! yum
