NWR- FH is leaving for business trip, for WHOLE WEEK

I am soooooooo sad. FH is going on a business trip to DC, for the ENTIRE week. I'm goign to be so lonely! I hate being alone.. the co-op is so QUIET!!!! I have 2 of my co-workeres sleeping over 2 of the nights (seperate nights) but then all the other nights BOO HOOO

BUT, on the brite site, I will have LOTS of time for LIW!!!! and to finish the stupid card holder.

Mine was just away for a week and I addressed invitations, drafted table numbers, drafted a map to the church and stretched out across the bed for a whole week!

My FH has to travel overnight for a few days at least once a month. Unfortunately, betweeen work and taking care of my Dad, I do miss him but it is also time to catch up on things. It doesn't seem too bad for one or two nights but more than that is hard. Don't know what we'll do once we have kids.

Sue - I totally understand how you feel Rich jsut came home from two back to back out of town jobs. I was missing him so much that I actually wished for the blizzard - which kept him home one extra day. You'll make it...just remember - if you make a mess clean it up before he gets home.

Sue - I totally understand how you feel Rich jsut came home from two back to back out of town jobs. I was missing him so much that I actually wished for the blizzard - which kept him home one extra day. You'll make it...just remember - if you make a mess clean it up before he gets home.

and sure, anyone up for a Par-Tay! ha ha... although, he'll be home for t he weekend, so it would be a weekday party!!! i'm down! Luckily i'm very busy almost every night this week!

I know, I am going away on business in two weeks for a whole week. I hate being away from him. Then he will be going away a few times over the next few weeks. I hate being apart. Us LIW gals will be here for each other though!!

OH I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL! I so hate when my FH leaves! I just love having him there in the night incase of a bad dream or a cuddle. And well this stays within LIW walls only...He travels about 2 days every month...so I started to try to appease myself by reverting back to childhood a bit. I started sleeping with my stuffed bunny and/or cuddling with his pillows when he left to get that feeling back. It is funny though..Because he knows this and now when he leaves in the morning (he wakes up about an hour before me) he gives me my bunny as well as makes his pillows vertical. He even made bunny his own shelf in my night stand!

All I can say is try to keep yourself busy! Do lots and cuddle with lots of pillows!!!!

OH- and I JUST REALIZED... today is our One year Anniversary of being engaged!!!!!

I just called him at the Hotel, and was like 'Happy Anniversary' and he was like, Of what?

I am marrying a military man so TRUST me I have been through it all with the deployments the longest was last year during the war....6 months

He has been away for business alot this month...a week before christmas and then 2 weeks after new years and I have been flipping out....I HATE it when he isnt home!!
