NWR: Fiance's 30th Birthday

This past weekend, I suprised my fiance with a party bus going to Mohegan Sun. I booked the bus with Coachman Limos, since they gave me the best pricing. Everything went well going there, but on the way back the bus broke down.

What should I expect from them for this happening?

some type of compensation like partial refund etc...have you spoken to them yet

I called them yesturday and they said they would call me back and never did. Today I called and they told me the owner would be in after 2pm, and I should call then. I'm going to call them in a few minutes. I could use a refund....I have so many wedding related things to order.

Aw that was such a nice surprise. Sucks the buss had to break down but you should defitnly get half your money back.

I kept my cool that morning, for the sake of my FH who was sooooooo drunk and having the time of his life LOL But now my blood pressure is rising. I need some money back!
