NWR: Financial Aid

I have been on hold w/the FinAid office at my university for almost 15 minutes....and they have the WORST hold music everrrrrrrrr

I just have one stinkin question, why won't they pick up???

That su cks!!! They are probably understaffed since it's the Summer maybe.

No one ever knows what they are doing.

i am so happy that i am finished with school so i don't have to deal with this crap anymore.

the worst ever was when financial aid paid my tuition, for my last semester of school, and then took it back because i used too much financial aid over the years. w*t*f*??? then i found out their is a per person limit. what a load of crap. meanwhile i know people who get financial aid for books & travel money. give me a break. my books & travel expenses are just as much as the next person.

They finally picked up...and my question took all of 30 seconds!!! Man oh man I am so excited to see what kind of bullshizz red tape I'm gonna have to go through in the next 2 years....

OMG... that stinks!!!
When I was in school I dealt with so much red tape garbage... I found email better than phone calls, it saved me a lot of headaches and it also helped me have records of everything they told me.
Maybe email will be a better route in the future? Good Luck again!
