nwr: First day of School

Im like a little kid again!!!!

Today is the first day of my summer class and Im excited. I pulled out my school bag and snacks. Picked out the best pens and highlighters. Im such a dork.

But at the end of two weeks, Im three credits closer to my master's degree

Just wanted to share my giddiness!
This has been the best to get rid of wedding stress. Now I know, when it all starts to overwhelm me, I just have to turn my focus onto something else entirely and it puts it all back into perspective.

when i went back to grad school, i went shopping with my friend for supplies. i felt like such a kid, too, buying not 1 but 2 backpacks!!!

Have fun, my masters classes were some of the best times! You appreciate school in a different way now, not like being an undergrad at all. You get so much more out of it. Have fun! I had a cute dorky folder with flowers on it and purple pens LOL

I had such a good time

and when I went back to the to say 'hi' to my old boss, I was re-hired since Im considered a student now that Im back in Grad school

So I have a job for the summer to keep me busy. they are also begging me (how flattering!) to come back in the fall but I teach from 8-4...so i told them maybe on the weekend ;)

this day has been great
