NWR: Fish recipes

Anyone have any good fish recipes. FH and I are trying to be as healthy as we can, but I'm getting into a rut and am running out of ideas for different fish recipes. If anyone has any good healthy ones please share! TIA!!!

My favorite is tilapia...

I simply place it in a baking dish on tinfoil, add extra virgin olive oil, italian seasoning, crushed garlic, pepper, capers, crushed ritz crackers, and sprinkle on some parm cheese. Wrap up the tin foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes until it's fully cooked. Soo good!

FH makes the salmon, he usually marinates it with some teriyaki sauce and some seasoning and puts it right on the grill.

Thanks! Sounds like this will be what we have for dinner tonight! I make my salmon the same way! But I like the idea of Italian seasoning on the fish!

No prob, it's really good and comes out really moist baking it that way. And it's sooo easy.
