NWR- Fitflops

NWR- Fitflops

I heard about fitflops in a wedding magazine. They are flip flops that work out your legs, butt and abs as you walk. Has anyone every tried these. I want to purchase a pair but I want to see if they really work.

I've had mine for a couple of years. Do they work? I don't think so. BUT they are the MOST comfortable flipflops I own! Love 'em just for that.

Someone wrote about these about a week ago but not because they tone you, I don't think that part works. But for those gals with weak ankles or feet, they supposedly help build up the muscles and are comfy. I bought a pair and while they are comfy, I did so to try to help my loose ligaments/tendons in the foot/ankle that I broke, not to tone. I'd be shocked if they toned anything but maybe someone has had more than a week's experience with them!

ITA! They definitely don't tone you. I might see a little more definition in my calves than before...but overall...I wouldn't buy them if you want toned, sexy legs and abs. They are definitely very comfortable, though. I practically live in them. They are sitting next to me on the floor as I write this actually. FH, on the other hand, wishes that he could burn them because they are so ugly.

ITA... they aren't that cute but they are sooo comfy. I like to believe they make a difference but I don't notice it.
