NWR: Five Borough Bike Tour

Today FH and I will be doing the 40 mile bike tour!! We did it last year together and it was so much fun!

We ride throughout the boroughs and end up in staten island!

If the route is in your neighborhood( i know we have a lot of city girls on this board!) watch some of the riders! I know it sounds boring but some of these people put together the coolest bikes!!!

FH and I will have bright orange flags on the backs of our bikes along with the other people in our group :)

Good luck! I'm actually right by the verrezano bridge so I may go dowm by the route to watch.
Although I'm hating on the bike tour today. I'm not seeing fh because he lives in staten island and the traffic will probably be a horror.

Thanks ladies!! We finished in about 5-5 1/2 hours :). If there wasn't so much stopping and standstills (due to minor accidents people have in their bikes) we totally could have done it in like 4!! This year was definitely harder than last year. Partly because I haven't been working out like I used to and partly because it was so freakin' windy!! It was such a great time! Can't wait to do it again next year!!!
