NWR - Forest Hills

Can any of you ladies please suggest some hoppin bars or lounges in Forest Hills. Preferably within walking distance from Cabana's restaurant? Thanks !!

You should definitely go to Networks. FH and I had our first date there It's right off Austin, I forget exactly which street. 5 Burros is also great - their margaritas are AWESOME - but I don't remember if these places are on the same side as Cabana. I think they're the opposite way on Austin.

There's the Bonfire Grill, which is on the same part of Austin that has 5 Burros and the new Tap House (or whatever it's called...it's a bar right next to 5 Burros). There's also Jade, which I've never been in (it's right behind the LIRR in Station Square) but have heard mostly good things about. There's also Bartinis, which is next to Jade but it's not my kind of thing, have only been there a couple of times.

I like the Tap House the most (or whatever it's called...), but it's definitely more of a sports bar feel.
