I know I saw this last night..I was grossed out. I didnt even tell FH about it cause he always freaks when hes in hotels rooms about how not clean they are, esp. in the bathroom and the sheets etc. when he goes to car shows he would bring his own pillows and blankets. I used to think he was insane for doing it..now I guess he had the right idea!

I literally had just booked a hotel room for my niece's christening when my assistant forwarded me the report. I am bringing my own towels and other linens now.

I travel alot, and its so gross to think of what kind of germs are in those hotels.
I have stayed at the Marriot Marquis before too

Over the summer I was at a hotel and a friend of mine went to use a washcloth to clean her face and it smelled like dirty crotch, it was the most nauseating thing that i have ever seen

Ok I just laughed really loud when I read dirty crotch

But yes I agree these places are getting worse and worse. And those places were 5 star, top notch, luxury places too..some anyway

Ugggghhhh.. yeah, hotels always made me paranoid...but even more so now I seriously think i'm going to start bringing my own bed linens and towels...but wouldn't that contaminate the stuff I bring too?

Its reports like this that make me insane.

Since I saw the last one with the black light and sperminated rooms ( ) I've NEVER used a blanket in a hotel or walked around without socks on.

Now, I'm never going to use the towels.

Honestly - be thankful.

Watching that show seriously (and I'm not even exaggerating) SCARRED me. I will never be able to relax in a bed in a hotel ever again.

Basically, don't use the cups provided by hotels. They r usually dirty or washed with your dirty towels. Bring your own towels too, because they use the towels to clean the toilet. Don't put your toothbrush on the sink, because the dirty towel (that was used to clean the toilet) also cleaned the countertop.

Once i stayed at a hotel and when we got to the room there was a USED CONDOM on the bathroom doorknob!!!!!!!!
NASTY!

but hey we got a free room out of it..... yes we actually STILL stayed at the hotel
