I am so MP3 illiterate, it's not even funny!! I just got the Sony Bean for an early b-day present and am so confused!! Where can I download music from? I tried Bareshare and I feel like there is no music on there worth listening to? What am I doing wrong? Any other free sites? Sorry for rambling, just frustrated!

You can download limewire, there is a free edition. It is obviously illegal and you have to be careful with what you download. Make sure you have a virus protection program. I know a lot of people that use this service.

I can't agree more with the need for virus protection. I've used Bearshare as a free service, and they don't give you the full lists. I paid about $60 for unlimited downloads and the lists have gotten a lot better. Limewire is supposed to be really good too.

Careful everyone, many web hosting companies will suspend website accounts if they feel inappropriate content is being allowed. Like information on illegal downloading. I've seen it happen.
That said, you can download and install iTunes and buy MP3's for 99 cents each. You don't need to buy a whole album, it's legal, it's safe and the selection is great.
