I just wanted to say that i have no idea how to cook and i have been trying to learn how to make eggs. For the past three days i have eaten pretty much raw egg in learning but today i did it (well the second egg the first i tried over easy and it just made a huge mess) i wish FH was home to try my egg sand which

Good for you - I'm no Martha Stewart but the first step is just going head first right into it and trying!!!!

Woohoo!!!! Congrats!!!
A sneakly little trick is to put the egg in the pan and then put a lid over it until it's cooked...gets you a non-raw egg and avoids the unpleasant task of flipping and destruction of the yolk.

Congrats. I'm mainly a crockpot cook. Pretty much everything taste great from the crockpot and it requires mininal cooking skills.

Anything i make never compares to FH hes a chef... he gets mad b/c i cut open his chicken cutlets to make sure it is fully cooked!! (its my biggest fear)..... i make a mean sundae though!!!
