I am tired of arguing with my best friend over this - he claims that men never landed on the moon, his last email to me takes the cake!
Here is an excerpt of what he wrote: And again I ask the question why have we not gone there since the 70’s??? Oh that’s right we are working on the “space station” (aka: funneling money into government) common now think for a second… we went to the middle east and have been there since the 90’s why aren’t we on the MOON ? oh that’s right too, we have never BEEN THERE! For that matter nor have the Russians, in any case just read the article I sent you about the days getting shorter because of the earthquakes. (referencing article on http://news.yahoo.com/s/space/20100302/sc_space/chileearthquakemayhaveshorteneddaysonearth)
Anyone here have facts to shut him up? I am so tired of emailing him links about the Moon Landing..I am just about to give up!

Re: NWR: Friend Refuses to Believe Moon Landing
You should tell him to watch Mythbusters… there was just an episode on last night where they busted all of the myths about the moon landing.
Sorry. Siding with him. I'm not a believer either.

yeah sorry, i kind of think it didn't happen either.
and i don't really care. the whole space exploration program annoys me.
anytime there's sh*t on tv about some astronaut up to something or blah blah blah i always go on a rampage about 'we have no business being up there! we should be minding our own business. what a waste of time and money!'
i'm a space scrooge.

FH doesn't believe this happened, and I can see what he's saying. We are both conspiracy theorists though!
my grandfather and great uncle both worked for NASA an eternity ago. we've been there. He had cool pics since my great uncle designed the lens for the cameras on the shuttle.
I'm obsessed w space. nasa is one of my fav sites!

Re: NWR: Friend Refuses to Believe Moon Landing
It's hysterical that you posted this because just last week we were watching something on TV and this got FH talking and he was telling me how we never really landed on the moon we just said we did, yada yada....he went more into detail but I can't fully remember the whole reasoning behind it but he definitely got me believing that it may have never really happened! So idk i'm in between.

i don't care what any article says. the things we are capable of making LOOK like they happened are practically limitless.
bottom line, your friend isn't alone. there are plenty of us out there. lol.

Conspiracy's are very strange. This is almost as good as people saying Dinosaurs very existed.
People actually say that the plane crashing in the hudson didn't happen either! lol
