So I usually never leave fruit out but the peaches get so much riper when you keep them out of your fridge...SO I tried it and now I have fruit flies !!!
I also had roses and I found 2 in there so I am not sure if they came in on the roses or the fruit but regardless I have them and I keep killing them but they keep appearing...
I got rid of the fruit and wiped down my whole kitchen !
SO annoying !!!! ANyone have any suggestions how to get rid of these guys???

yea you are gonna keep seeing them. They have over a week life span, so just when you think you killed them all. get rid of the fruit asap. This is what I did last time. for some reason, they all migrated to the bathroom for the most part. I stood there and killed as many as i could. Then i left a 2 cups about half full (put something sweet like orange juice, or wine or cider vinegar). They are attracted to that, they will go to the cup and eventually drown. thats how i got the last few stragglers.

THanks ! I heard to make a 'trap' but I was scared that it would attract newcomers... but I assume that it worked for you and no new guys came?

They're at my job. It is so annoying because while I'm on the phone they try to like go in my eyes and shyt... it is so gross.
