NWR - Furniture

Now that the wedding planning is over, I can finally concentrate on my house again. I want to start looking for dining room furniture but I don't know where to start.

Can you please recommend stores w/ good quality furniture?

We got our dining room set and our coffee table from Bob's. We've been very happy with it so far.

We got our couches at Bob's for almost half the price that Raymour Flanagan was selling a similar one to. Bob's also included 4 recliners while RF only included 2.

We got our bedroom furniture at Gothic Cabinet Furniture because we wanted real wood and it was also a great value.

We got our dining room set from Bobs as well. You cannot beat the price.

Some of their furniture doesnt seem to be to sturdy but if you look you can find great deals.

Other than that Raymour and Flanigan and Ashley furniture make good quality furniture. Their prices are higher but not unaffordable.

Ethan Allen for long lasting beautifully made furniture.

we furnished our whole apartment at Bobs.

Only problem with them is they don't necessary deliver everything together (you may have to wait a while for a delivery) and if you do order from them, CHECK EVERYTHING! The first delivery, our chest of drawers had a very noticeable chip on the corner that the delivery guy obviously tried to fix on the way to the house (nice try buddy). I had them take it back and get me a brand new one.

I love Thomasville if you want it to last. If you need a lower budget but still quality, then Raymour and Flanigan. If you decide to go with a real discount place like Bob's make sure that all the drawers open smoothly, there are no hinges showing (my biggest pet peeve of cheap furniture!) and that the doors align evenly.
