NWR: Gladiola St in Patchogue??

Is anyone familiar with this area? I heard that they are improving the school district and area? Anyone have any imput??

I know Pat-Med schools were horrible at one time, friends of ours son had so many problems in HS, I read they are cleaning up everything, My aunt works for patchogue mayor and she says alot is still being done there.
