If you can, go to the Top of the Rock in Rock Center...awesome view. There's the Saks 5th Ave lazer show. For dinner why don't you go to Carmines? Its located on 44th in Times Square. Its family style and yummmmmy!!!

Carmines is good and reasonable priced. Infact its pretty good since its family style and lets say a thing of pasta is $22, well that can feed all of you. Also serendipity is great, especially for those who love desserts.

Just to let you know, around Christmastime, the wait for a table at Serendipity will be about 3 hours. Two years ago, FH and I went there for our anniversary at the end of November. We put our names down for a table, then we went down the block to the movie theater and went to see 'Elf.' By the time we got back to Serendipity, at about 10 or 11 PM, they were just about ready to call our names.

So if you really want to do it, you can try to time it like that. It was a fun night!

If you are by the tree you could walk down to 46th between 8th and 9th- the theatre district. THey have a ton of restaurants there and they are all very good! I went there twice just this week. They also have priced fixed menus. Have fun!!!

You could go to the Carmines on the UWS (instead of the one in the theater district)! Its at like 90-something and Broadway?

Such a fun time!

Yes they have dinner and the food is real good. Hmmm well once i got the ravioli's which were delicious, and they were $16 or $18. Then another time I got steak, sausages and chicken and it was probably like $21.

Most people get desserts though like i said, the most popular being the frozen hot chocolate which is $6 or $8 damn cant remember.

yeah dont do it no matter what. I've had reservations for that place on a friday and it still took TWO HOURS to seat us, its a zoo there especially on weekend evenings. You might want to call tony dinapoli, its on the upper east side. Same thing, its family style and the food is good.

Yeah sorry i forgot to mention that part. I would put your names down and go to bloomies or go see the tree then and come back. Ask how long the wait is and tell them youre just going across the street to bloomies and will be back in time for your reservation.
