I just spoke to my mom. Grandma needs 400 minutes ( ) of chemo today. This is the first of 4 treatments. The only good news is that the doctor is predicting that the chemo and surgery will be completed before Christmas. How great would that be if she could have that tumor out and be cancer free by the new year?

It is possible. My grandmother had stage 3 ovarian cancer. When they first found out about 4 years ago they did the surgery and then chemo. She was in remission and the tumors went away after a little while. It was a miracle. The doctors couldn't believe it. Good luck to your grandma. I will keep her in my prayers. I remember what it was like when my grandmother was going through and is again. If you need to talk I am here. Her doctors are great.
