NWR: Grr I hate Cosi

So, I decided to to 'against' my norm and go to Cosi for their signature salad.

My office is right by NYU and for some reason, still tons of students etc. Cosi was packed. I ordered a signature salad with chicken....

I walk back, settle in and get ready to eat my salad while surfing online.

Open up my salad.... No chicken...

Don't you just HATE when that happens? I'm too lazy to go back to get a new salad...

My salad is boring.

Rant over.

i just went to that cosi last weekend! what are you saying about NYU students!?!

that stinks - can't imagine the salad without any chicken, no fun at all.

[i could just eat the bread and dip it in balsamic, and be totally happy ]

I LOVE NYU students, it's just that Cosi was so busy with tons of peeps...

Did you go to the Cosi on 8th Street? I'm surprise we don't bump into each other more often.

I Cosi, BUT I used to be in grad school at UPenn, and oh man that Cosi got SO CROWDED and the service was awful!!! Wrong sandwich or salad so many times.....but the bread is soooo good....Greek salad, no olives please!

yup. and another time i went to the chipotle right there. I go at night or on the weekends though so that's probably why... i always keep an eye out for you when I get off the subway though!

there is one near work, in Bryant Park - I LOVE the chick pea sandwich! I'll definitely check this out tonight, woo hoo!

i feel your pain, but i went back to the line and asked them to put it in otherwise the salad wasnt as good!

I threw out half of my bread. Trying to be a good girl. 7 weeks till the wedding!!!!!

It's SO good. i try not to b/c it can't be all that healthy but the sandwiches are amazing especially the 1. frittata 2. the chickpea salad and 3. the PB&J!

Yup!!! I'm sure my meatloaf over salad still has a ton of calories but at least I cut out the carbs!!

I have to check it out some day. I don't usually get sandwiches. Once in a blue moon I go to Cosi and get the 'TBM'. Thanks girls!
