I don't think its harassment although it seems like there is definitely some issues with you being taken advantage of. If you are the only one who knows the computer system and you go above and beyond then they should give you a raise or compensate you for the 'extra' tasks you perform. I would def talk to your manager and let him/her know how you feel and that you are not alone in your assessment of the situation..also you can tell him/her that you don't mind doing the extra work but that you would like some sort of compensation for doing it..Especially if you have a heavier work load then the other 3 because of these 'special tasks'

Diva, that certainly does suck! It always seems that the most capable are also the most overworked and under-appreciated- not to mention underpaid!

Since leaving is not an option, are there any objective HR people you can speak to? It seems like your boss is unwilling to change things. Do you think you can stick it out until after the wedding? Is refusing any extra work/assignments than what you were hired to do an option?

Thanks guys. The reason why I stay is #1 - the wedding. I dont want to find another job with such uncertainty. #2 - Im on the brink of my 5 year anniversary with the company. If I leave before my anniversary I wont be able to take my 401K with me.

Right now Im jotting down all the instances that I am singled out. Diane, I was thinking the same thing. I complain just like the others, yet Im still called out when something has to be done. I constantly complain to my manager, but he just blows me off. He thinks its easier to blow me off than the other guys.
