NWR - hair help please!!!

ok ladies I went away for thanksgiving with my family. I went to straighten my hair for thanksgiving dinner earlier and my straightener was broken!!! i am in need of a new one.
Years ago I had a hot tools, then i upgraded to a chi and now i dont know what to get. I was happy with the chi but am reading about the sedu. anyone have recommendations please?!?! they are both similar price so thats not an issue. i have curly/frizzy long hair...help!!! i need one asap

i personally do not think it is worth it to spend that kind of money on a chi

i have used hot tools, revlon and conair and i feel they are just as effective as the Chi

as a side note...if you go to black friday 2010(google it)

there were chi's on sale if you click on black friday deals
