Does anyone know what hair straightener is the best? Can you recommend one? I was thinking about adding this to my sisters gift since she is the maid of honor. I am putting together a herve chapelier tote bag full of goodies to go along with their DOJ but I want to add something extra to my sisters gift.

I hear that Chi is great! I use Rusk (its pretty pricey as well) but it makes my hair sooo straight and nice! Its also ceramic too

I heard GHD is the best. Its pricey but, I think they have a stand at roseavelt field that you can buy one get one.

I've heard chi is the best. I have straight hair and just smooth out kinks/bumps/etc when i let my hair airdry so I have a Hot Tools ceramic iron (~ $40 or so) and it works great. I've had it for about 4-5 years.

as a hairstylists i use the CHI it is the best..at least here in america
the GHD has been international for a few years and is jsut making its way over here
they are both professionally the best chi is a lot cheaper though
they come with a lifetime warranty though so it will be that last one you ever buy make sure you buy it from a store and save the box and receipt and you will always get a free one if it ever breaks forever
