NWR: Hallelujah! We got our closing date!

Oh yea! Oh yea! Happy dancing!

We got the call from the attorney today and our closing date on our home is January 6th! YAY! 16 days until we are homeowners. Boy this process was as hard as everyone said it was going to be. So stressful but totally worth it. I can't wait until we get the keys and walk in and say 'We own this!'

So if anyone needs a real estate agent, mortgage broker or real estate attorney let me know. All 3 were wonderful and very helpful. Being first time homeowners we had no clue what we were doing at first and they helped us every step of the way. So I would definitely recommend these 3 people to anyone.

Also thanks for all the sweet FM's and words of encouragement. Everyone on LIW is just so sweet and caring. I feel so lucky to have found such a great group of women to 'hang out' with.

Congratulations! We went to closing in November and cannot tell you what a wonderful feeling that is. Get your hands ready though because your hand will practically fall off with all the signing. I wish you a lot of happiness in your new home!
