you NEED 8 hrs at least with it...

and it takes about an hour to kick in...

I have used it, it didn't make me groggy.

(I prefer Advil PM)

oh yes it works. in my experience with it, i usually am a little groggy the next day, but i do get a full 8 hours of sleep. one word of caution, about 5 years ago i couldn't sleep w/out taking it. i made myself stop, and am now finally able to use it on an as-needed basis. try not to use it too much, it can be addicting.

tylenol pm and I used to be BFF.. but then about a year ago.. I went to the dr.. and got routine bloodwork.. and my liver enzymes wound up being high. . and she asked if i take tylenol.. and I said um... almost every night and she was like no no no .. you can't do that.. and said i should use simply sleep.. which is the same.. but without the pain reliever.. and since I've stopped.. my liver has been fine..

Just a heads up.. I'm sure you're not going to be taking it as much as I was.. but I'm a total insomniac.

I take it occasionally, and I hardly ever get a full 8 hours. When I take it and then have 6 hours of sleep, I'm fine the next day.

I used it every once in a while. I take Lexapro for depression and anxiety and usually it helps me sleep, but sometimes I need something more. I'm usually a little groggy but a cup of coffee helps a lot.

I use simply sleep...it is made by tylenol but doesn't have pain reliever in it....and I never feel groggy the next day...and I usually do not get 8 hours of sleep. But make sure you take it 45-1 hour before bed...it takes a while to kick in!

If you girls want... all that tylenol pm has in it is tylenol with benadryl... so if you're not in pain at all, I would definately recommend just taking the benadryl! It should work exactly the same!
