DH and I are stopping by North Shore Animal League next week to adopt a puppy. I'm just curious if anyone has done this before with NSAL and what the process is like?

Rudy is from NSAL. They ask for refrences and they do call them. You might be there for a while.
But I am so happy I went cause I got my Rudy.

they're a fantastic shelter to adopt from. i definetely recommend them! but try a town shelter or a kill shelter first. nsal is a no kill shelter so all of those animals WILL have homes. the other shelters, the animals will be put down.
