NWR: has anyone done LA Weightloss

I just started it yesterday.... just wanted to know what anyone thought about it who has done it

There was a whole thread on BHB about this..I had a horrible experience. I will FM you later...gotta run...my comments are on that thread though

I'm on it now... I like it. It shows you how to eat better portions w/o being hungry.. I lost 17 lbs in the first 6 weeks.. Lately i've been skipping meals so I haven't lost a pound or gain... Good luck!

I was on it and granted within about 4 months I lost about 30 pounds but soon after that I had some serious issues. Granted I could not prove it was connected but I was fine my whole life and 6 months after I went on that diet I started having stomach problems.
