never have, but someone I used to babysitt for did it after giving birth and it worked great!

a few people at my office did it...to be honest they didn't think it was too great but I;ve heard of others who loved it

I did it ... lost 10 pounds in 10 days ... but it is HARD ... like you have NO IDEA ... you will find yourself craving things you dont even like just to be able to eat something ... lol
