I'm going on the 4th of July and was wondering what do you wear for this?

I went on one about 2 months ago. I can't remember which specific ship it was. People were pretty dressed up. Every woman pretty much had some type of heel on with a dress. A few woman had dress pants on all the men had soem type of collared shirt with slacks and dress type shoes.
