NWR: Has anyone ever ridden the Cyclone at Coney Island?

I did for the first time yesterday.

It was terrible! I typically like roller coasters, but I'm all banged up from the Cyclone, bruises on the sides of my elbows and my top almost came flying off a few times because my boobs were bouncing like CRAZY! It was sooooooooooooo rickety! I know that's part of the charm, but dude... Yeah, never again!

Just thought I'd share!

yes. but you need to prepare accordingly. hold your feet tight (rubber sole shoes are helpful) and have a firm sitting position!

its easy to get thrown around and thats why the bruises

i learned that first the hard way, when i was sitting next to a bigger guy and we were getting tossed. not fun

but the ridfe is still alot of fun. as long as you prepare!!! let me know when you going again!

Yes! I love it It does hurt a lot though...I'm going to a Cyclones game in a few weeks and can't wait to get fkn plastered and ride the coaster!

i dont really get scared on roller coasters, no matter how many flips and turns it does, but the freakin cyclone scares me. I was so nervous and I hit myself like 3x...........ugh!!!!

Monday might be good or maybe Thursday? I think Friday it'll be NUTS! Although it might be nice since there's no work the next day Would John come too?

Poor John Oh well more Sicilian for us! Stephen might want to come b/c he's never been to Coney or L&B.
