My husband uses it and it worked. I believe they only sell the ephedra free trim spa. You don't want anything with ephedra in it...it's dangerous. You obviously have to control your diet. It's not like you can eat anything you want and then take a trim spa and POOF~~thin. He got a good deal on it on E-bay and they sold him 3 bottles for 65 dollars~free shipping. Just try one bottle and see if it works for you!

Yup! And we both lost anywhere from 5-15 lbs. My BIL's company makes it so we get good deals. They just came out with the new formula but I haven’t tried it yet.
BTW ephedra has been banned and is not FAA approved in the US so no products in the US are allowed to contain it. None of the Trip Spa products have ephedra.

I used it and I lost a good 20 lbs before my wedding. I was very satisfied with the results. I used the ephedra free ones.

I never tried it, but I heard that Anna Nicole Smith never even went on Trim Spa, she had a gastric bypass.
