So I have just under two months, and I really want to lose some weight before the wedding. My goal is just five pounds, but my problem is I'm so stressed out so I eat whatever comfort food is in sight. I don't have a fully functioning kitchen at the moment (construction - more stress!), so I've been eating junk foods/snacks for dinner most nights. Does anyone have suggestions of healthy take out/delivery or something from the supermarket that requires no cooking? I've tried buying things like baby carrots to snack on, but I'm so unmotivated I just ignore them and go for the chips. Pretty much if it doesn't taste good, I just won't eat it. What do you ladies eat for a healthy dinner when you are not up for cooking?

You can get take out from Diner's and get yummy salads or wraps. Supermarkets also have turkey sandwiches and wraps and salads as well.

The dinners dmlentz mentioned are good, just watch the sodium counts on them.
I like getting the healthy food from my chinese place… shrimp and broccoli with brown rice is okay. Some places have an actual diet menu with everything steamed which is even healthier.

If u get Chinese go for steamed chicken and broc. Or if u love chips. Get the Special K crackers or hips. The skinny cow cheese. There is even 45 calorie a slice bread! Hard boiled eggs. Get instead of fries steamed veggies

do you have a microwave you can plug in and use? I get steamer bags of veggies. I like Trader Joe's frozen food, but like someone else mentioned be careful of sodium. I like to make meals of the veggies and the microwaveable 2 serving bags of brown rice that they have. If I need a sauce I usually opt to make my own (google healthy stir fry sauces. you'll find lot of recipes using everyday stuff like low sodium soy sauce)

I agree with the others definitely Chinese take out, anything with shrimp or chicken and ask for it steamed with the sauce on the side. then even if you add a little bit for flavoring it's not the amount that makes it unhealthy.
Also from restaurants you can order a salad for take out, but make sure to ask for no dressing or dressing on the side and then just throw it out and use your own dressing that you know is low fat and healthy!

This is exactly what I was going to say. I am addicted to the salads at Chipolte.
