NWR: Hello Ladies

awwww so sorry to hear that, i know i have gotten sinus infections quite a few times, last year i had to go on antibiotics 3x in a row bc it just wasnt working, hop you get well soon.

I had the same thing last week. I just started to feel better. The only thing that helped me was Tylenol Cold and severe congestion. Most cold medicines don't do much for me, but this one definitely helped!

i always get really sick before vacation and the second i land the clean fresh air gets rid of it - its so odd! hope that works for you!

yes it is. I will take loads. FH and I want to take some really good ones to use at the reception on the plasma TV.

FH and I went there- well Bahamas was a stop on our cruise and we went to te hotel and spent the day there!! AMAZING

I've missed you girls so much! What a week of feeling like complete garbage! A cold which i think lead to a sinus infection which no meds are getting rid of!!! Any suggestions to knock this thing out of me ASAP??? But.... on the flip side I'm leaving for the bahamas on Saturday and I will miss you guys but I WILL be bringing my laptop and hopefully get to chat while I'm away! I have a lot of reading to do to catch me up on what I've missed!

my doctor told me to do this last time i had a sinuz infection....


run the water in the bathroom sink until its extrememly hot...then bend your head donw like your gonna wash your face...and put a towel over the faucet and your head like a little tent...all of the moisture and the steam...helps to get all the mucous up and it also helps you breath.....
