NWR: HELP! Baby clothes...

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew of any clothing store that sold high-end baby clothes made in Italy. My SIL (Italian) just had a baby a few months ago and I would love to get the baby a nice outfit that was made in Italy.
If you can think of any designer boutiques on LI or NYC, please post. TIA!!!

Thanks, ladies, but I'm looking more for an Italian store that sells couture clothes. I know bloomingdales sells juicy clothes, but like i said...i am looking specifically for italian-made clothes. A store that sells ONLY European baby clothes.
My cousin's stepmom owns a store in NJ that sells all Euro baby clothes, but I dont' really feel like driving to NJ and I don't want to have to inconvenience my cousin by asking her to pick out an outfit and ship it to NY.
