I can barely type. anyone have any ideas. I took an antacid and have gongerale and still no better.

gas as in a bubble of pain below my left rib and stomach area..cant take deep breath or laugh or talk much ( not to be gross) but can't fart or burp either

gas x is the miracle drug. Especially the chewable cherry ones. Seriously, if your in that much pain send FH out to get you some.

thank you all. Somehow I have found relief. Now I have no excuse but to go to the gym. If I could just peel myself away from LIW.

Lay on your right side and pull your left left up towards your chest. It stretches out your intestine.

The best for gas is Pepcid tablets (famotidine)
