NWR - Help i'm breaking out

ugh my skin has been looking pretty decent lately with no break outs until the last few days.i guess from stress or the heat sometimes makes me break out.

seems like anything really strong dries out my skin or anything too mild does nothing..

any suggestions

im literally sitting here with a mud mask on my face!!

i went and got a cortizone shot and then started using Duac that the doctor prescribed for me and it went away right away...You dont have to get the shot, i was going away on vacation and broke out BADLY so didnt want to go away looking like that...Go to the derm and get duac

I have an appt with a new derm, but I have to wait until October because he's all booked!

yes its a topical cream

I hate when they do that and make you wait so long. I called so many places and i had to wait like a month so i said no, i finally called one place and they were able to take me the following day late afternoon

i need a good dermo
matilde gave me the name of one in HB but he is pretty booked

No i went to one in downtown manhattan bc its right by where i work so this way i can get one of their last appointments

hopefully one of the dermatoligist has an opening.. one is by job in the city and one in great neck...

that's what is going on with me. while i occassionally had pimples on my chin or forehead, i am suddenly horribly broken out only on my right cheek!!! it's been like this for several months. i also developed TMJ in my jaw in the last year. i think law school is slowly killing me.

sorry i know it s*cks. I am sure they'll give you something that will help.

That is what happened it me. I began breaking out in my late 20's and now into my 30's. It stinks. I use to hate caalling dermos. and having to wait months for an appt. I found a great practice in Woodmere. They took me right away and fh started going b/c he was allergic to something. They were so convenient. Too bad i can't remember their names. hmmmm
