Please! I'm stuck and I dont know whether to keep my hair lighter or go back to my natural, darker shade. I want my hair to look healthy and good with my skin in wedding pics, but I dont know which hair color is better.
Please take 2 secs to vote on which hair color looks better...the darker one was taken about 3 years ago and the lighter one was last nite.
you look nice either way.....but something w. the lighter look makes your skin tone jump out!

Love either one, but I just recently was going through the same dilemma. I have dark hair and kept putting highlights in it. I just got my hair done dark again last week and to me it looks so much healthier and just suits me better.
You can't go wrong either way though.

I think both look great on you. The lighter makes you look younger and free spirited, but the darker looks more natural and brings out your natrual features.

BOTH LOOK GOOD. MY BEST FRIEND HAD HIGHLITS AND SHE WANTED TO BE HER NATURAL BRUNETTE COLOR FOR THE WEDDING. SO WE TINTED HER HAIR BACK TO HER NATURAL. WELL WHEN WE DID HER TRAIL SHE HATED IT. THEN ASHE REALISED IT WASN'T THE STYLE OF HER HAIR SHE WANTED HIGLITES BACK. SO ME BEING THE BEST FRIEND WHO DOES HAIR STARTED FOILING HER HAIR THE NIGHT OF HER REHEARSAL DINNER.
MY POINT IS YOU MAY BE MORE USE TO YOUR HAIR COLOR LIGHTER AND NOT LIKE IT DARKER. BUT BOTH LOOK VERY FLATTERING ON YOU

Im not sure if its the quality of the 1st photo but your face is more profound in the 1st than in the 2nd. You see more details of your features which will look beautiful when you've got your make-up and get ready for those pictures. I like the darker hair

I vote darker - I had my hair light for about 2-3 years now and I just went back to my natural color - I LOVE it!! Just think of it like this - if you were born with it on there, its probably the best color for you.

Darker.. we are heading into the cooler months..
I personally plan on taking out my highlights for the winter.. or at least making them much less..

I'm all for the lighter color. Your features seem to pop more, and you look incredibly young and vibrant. It's more of a subtle look as opposed to looking hard with darker make-up, if that makes any sense. But then again...thats JMO

I agree with Jenn....I had highlights for 6 years!! and now that I went back to my natural dark brown i love it...i feel that it goes better with my features..like jenn said-if u were born with it its prob the best color for u!! I also asked my FH who used to love the highlights..and he said for the wedding he'd rather it be my natural color.,.JMO- hard decision but luckily they both look really good on u...good luck!
